Reading Company Blueliners #9104, 9110, 9113, & 9131
9104 at Hamburg – Rebuilt from combine 805. Partially repainted from Septa paint scheme to be completed into Reading green paint scheme.
9110 at Hamburg – This was the final car on the last train out of Reading Terminal. This car went from Green Scheme, to Blueliner, to SEPTA/GE rebuild in 1985. To be restored into its final SEPTA paint scheme.
9113 is currently being used as a shop area for restoration of the other MU’s. To be restored into its late 1970’s red, white, and blue SEPTA “Circus” paint scheme. Photo courtesy Mike Huber.
9131 – Currently used for storage of MU parts. Inoperable air brake system. Currently painted in a Reading inspired green Scheme.
